The following are the conditions governing the sale of products marketed by Osnia estetica Srl, which reserves the right to change without notice.

Product availability:

If the request made through an order on line exceeds the amount available for a particular item, Osniaestetica Srl, agrees to sell only what is actually available in the virtual store.  Right of withdrawal:

Under Article 5 of Decree-Law no. 22 May 1999 n.185, the customer can exercise the right of withdrawal, giving the well received and getting a refund of the price paid.
The consumer, for any reason, not satisfied, has the right to terminate the contract without penalty and without specifying the reason, within 10 working days from the date of receipt of the goods purchased.
All costs of returning goods shall be borne by the customer, ensuring delivery to the address provided to osniaestetica.com; all articles must be sent in the same terms of acceptance, provided with the original packaging. It is not allowed the return of the goods otherwise.

The repayment of the amount paid for the entire order or part, less the cost of transport will be made by bank transfer within 14 days after the goods are arrived at Osnia estetica srl.

Noncoforming product:

If you receive a product that does not comply with the order, will be your right to communicate directly by e-mail: ordine@sniaestetica.com, phone: 0039(0)51817073 or   fax: 0039(0)5118897365) and specify which product it is. We will contact the client to proceed with the shipment of the product/products and the simultaneous withdrawal of the nonconforming product at no additional cost to the customer.

Warranty:

Osnia estetica Srl guarantees the integrity of the products sold out of its stores and are free of defects. If the customer opening the package discovers fractures, defects or shortages, please immediately inform osniaestetica.com by email (ordine@osniaestetica.com) or by phone (or 0039(0)51/817073 fax: 0039(0)51 18897365).
We will arrange for replacement and removal of damaged product.
